Projects
Two projects, happening now.
Health · Mobile App · In development
Taichi Coach
A master's 30 years of Tai Chi teaching, packed into a phone. Pose detection and scoring run entirely on-device; the AI coach "Old Wang" guides you in real time with Mandarin voice — camera frames never leave the phone.

Faye's Vlog
A family vlog channel following two sisters growing up. Shooting, editing, scoring, and scheduled publishing all run on an in-house automated pipeline — every video gets its own original soundtrack.

Whatever the project, three rules hold.
From app to channel, every design decision passes the same three gates.
Privacy by architecture
Data is minimized at the design stage: the coach app never uploads camera frames; the channel tooling only touches its own content.
Independent end-to-end
Every project — research, design, build, operations — is done by one person. Short decision chains, consistent standards.
Human in the loop
Automation handles the material and the data — but everything published goes out only after a human sign-off.
